The need to nap :

Naturally, the man sleeps at night and during some small breaks throughout the day, which sometimes means: a nap. We have discovered that sleep is essential for our body, even for a little while. Sleep has restorative effects on our mind. The result is obvious by comparing a person who takes a nap with those who do not.

A moment of sleep enhances creativity and productivity of workers. It refreshes the brain by acting on psychic abilities. According to research and studies, conducting the same exercise of concentration and memory, a worker who took a nap show more mental capacity than the other worker who does not nap. Sleep is so favorable to memory.

The benefits of napping :

Knowing that nighttime sleep is vital for human health, the nap should nevertheless not be overlooked. Whether children, adolescents, adults, or the elderly, men and women, a nap can recover energy, dynamism, joy of living and above all a good mood. The nap has many benefits for our health, our work, and even our existence. Seems it could have a significant impact on our life expectancy

The siesta also promotes healing of stress raised for a whole point, because the negative effects of stress are recognized as a generator of coronary or cardiovascular disease.
Studies have established a link between the effects of stress and the incidence of mortality from coronary heart disease. The siesta may indirectly have a positive impact on our life expectancy. However, the real nap should not exceed thirty minutes, it will have a negative impact on concentration and other skills with difficulty waking.
